At The Caze, every item is made-to-order. This means that when you place your order, we print and craft those items just for you, one at a time, to ensure the highest quality!

Shipping Rates

• Standard Shipping: $4.90

• Express Shipping: $10.99

• Free Shipping: Available on all orders over $50!

Delivery Estimates

Total Delivery Time = Production Time + Shipping Time

Please use the table below to estimate when your items will arrive. All estimates are based on business days.

Important Shipping Notes

• US Territories: Orders to Puerto Rico, Guam, and Hawaii typically require an additional 7-10 business days.

• Holiday Peaks: During busy seasons (Valentine’s Day, Mother’s/Father’s Day, Christmas, etc.), production and shipping may extend by a few extra days.

• International Orders: Customs processing may add additional days to your delivery. The Caze has no influence over the customs process.

Order Tracking

Once your order is handcrafted and ready to go, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link.

• No Info? If the link shows no info, the carrier simply hasn't processed the parcel yet. Events will populate as soon as it is scanned.

Address Policy

Please double-check your address at checkout. The Caze is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Furthermore, we cannot be held liable for parcels that are lost or damaged if you contact the carrier to redirect or forward the package after it has left our warehouse.
