Return Shipping Costs

  • GCC countries (United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, etc.)

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Exchanges

European Union – Right of Withdrawal

For orders delivered within the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days, without providing a reason.

To qualify:

  • The item must be unused and in its original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.
